The Community Coordinator will provide support for the AMASS Storyteller program, with a primary focus on member onboarding, event planning, creative programming, social media, communications and relationship management. As the Storyteller program lead in this region, this role will also assist our Sales Managers by establishing an AMASS presence at existing and new accounts. COMMUNITYRecruiting & OnboardingAssist in maintaining Storyteller pipelines and relationship IQs using Copper CRM and Dash Hudson.Support the process for incoming Storyteller leads and onboarding.Research and identify new and impactful Storytellers in region.Manage Storyteller Instagram, and engage Storytellers via email (and sometimes text).Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to Storyteller marketing. Events & Community ManagementStrategize and execute events, through conceptualizing, planning, logistics, set-up, take-down, and attendance tracking.Execute campaigns against set budgets delivering MoM growth across key success metrics.Assess and field Storyteller event inquiries in a timely manner, responding to select inquiries as appropriate.Design, write, and distribute monthly Storyteller e-newsletters and text updates using Mailchimp and Voyage.Build strong relationships with Storytellers via ongoing communication.Navigate internal outreach guidelines to ensure proper drafting and maintenance of AMASS Storyteller communications. ReportingProduce monthly, quarterly, and annual Storyteller Program Reports.Collect and document Storyteller social media posts related to our events or marketing campaigns. SalesDevelop key relationships with trade storytellers throughout region to create affinity for AMASS and motivate them to share AMASS with their community.Work alongside Sales Manager to help open doors via storyteller relationships, secure menu placements at key accounts, and ensure back bar placement at all Storyteller accounts. ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS Positive attitude and adaptable working style with an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a very hands-on role, you must be able to learn quickly and multi-task, and must be willing to help on any and every level.Strong organizational and time management skills; acute attention to detail.Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.Proven marketing experience (brand or agency-side), ideally across influencer marketing and Consumer Packaged Goods.An understanding of the role that Storytellers can play in promoting awareness and supporting brand equity for AMASS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves liaising with colleagues, Storytellers, and management across territories, so strong written and verbal skills are paramount.Above all, an ability to relate to Storytellers and to develop trust, rapport and long-term relationships.
