The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Vice President of Global Credit and Fraud Network (GCFN) within the Global Services Group (GSG). The GCFN is comprised of Global Consumer and Commercial Credit, Global Collections, Global New Accounts and Fraud Protection Services, and plays a vital role for our customers throughout the life cycle of their product.

Interfacing with executives, assistants and other internal and external professionals
Managing the calendar for the EVP of GCFN.
Coordinating logistics for meetings and events
Coordinating travel arrangements including domestic and international transport and accommodation
Preparing expense reports in line with company policy on a monthly basis
Processing purchasing requests
Carrying out timekeeping on a weekly basis
Tracking departmental corporate card payments
Providing phone coverage for the Executive Office
High degree of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality
3-5 years of experience as administrative assistant
Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
Prior experience supporting senior level executive (SVP and above)
Ability to be proactive and take initiative to anticipate the needs of a complex office
Strong work ethic highly self-motivated but understands the key need to be a team player
Have a desire to understand the business, goals of the team and relative importance of various partners and what they do
Experience supporting external community leaders
Demonstrated ability to interact with Senior Management and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in an extremely fast paced environment, maintaining professionalism and composure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to form professional relationships across all areas of the company
Experience of managing projects, such as a large scale meetings, offsite meetings, etc.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities
Able to handle confidential and sensitive issues
Adaptability and flexibility
Commitment to ongoing learning and development
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and able to manage Concur, Ariba Buyer, other internal platforms
