Full Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, seasoned outside sales professional with proven results to market and sell our space. The primary goal is to drive and grow sales & expand upon our existing customer base. Responsibilities involve the development of new relationships with new clients, corporations and the A&D communities.

  • JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Sustained revenue/margin growth
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide updates on a regular basis
  • Act as an expert on the space offerings and conduct effective sales presentations to prospects and customers
  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by calling on potential customers from leads and cold calling
  • Utilize and update, on daily basis, company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot)
  • Remain compliant on all company procedures and policies
  • Provide input to adjust sales and marketing material according to customer's wants/needs, when appropriate
  • Be the primary point of contact / champion for customer within your assigned territory
  • Attend industry events, trade shows catering to the target market(s)
  • Manage a sales life-cycle (e.g., be able to take an opportunity from lead generation to completed sale) sourcing, pitching, contract negotiation, planning and execution of events
  • Hire and manage vendors and freelance staff (as needed) for events.
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of Outside Sales experience
  • Possess outstanding ability to close sales
  • Proven record and strong capability to self-generate leads, pursue opportunities and sell
  • Outstanding presentation skills, to include face-to-face and over the phone skills
  • Self-supporting individual with a strong sensibility for technology Experience with: iOS devices (iPhone, iPad), CRM tools , etc.
  • Ability to solve customer-related problems in a positive manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customer and staff at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) preferred
  • COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary - 60-65k
  • Commission - on completed sales paid quarterly on cash in
  • This position is full-time and may require evening and weekend work.
