Provide supplemental support to a Joint client. Augment a Joint client with capabilities currently not readily available to existing staff. Manage organizational military strength, conduct military personnel information management, provide essential military personnel services, and coordinate and facilitate command-level installation meetings and town halls. Coordinate activities between 24 diverse tenant agencies, as needed. Interface with ASA (ALT) staff routinely, other DoD agencies, and the Combat Capabilities Development Center Armaments Center (CCDC AC). Support the creation and maintenance of overview briefs, including strategic messaging.
-10+ years of experience in military service
-Experience with US Army Human Resource Command support systems, including the EES and TOPMIS
-Ability to interface with senior military and civilian leaders routinely
-Ability to multi-task and react to dynamic situations
-Ability to work beyond normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a consistent basis
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Ability to work in a complex team environment
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree preferred
