Role: Product Manager Location:New York City, NY Duration: 12 Months Possible extension Interview: In-person Job Description: The role is part of the global product management team, responsible for setting product strategy, roadmap, and priorities across Client digital payment products including the Client Digital Enablement Service (MDES) our tokenization platform securing Client credentials across all digital channels and our SRC (Secure Remote Commerce) Product. You will join the Product Management team specifically responsible for the strategy, product management and prioritization process of our digital products. Role Lead and execute the evolution of our product management process. Create visual, engaging, and easy-to-use product collateral including process management documentation, training materials, how to guides, presentation slides, corporate CBTs and strategic roadmaps. Be the product champion for our prioritization process and Client digital products, acting as subject matter expert representing the global product team to train internal teams. Collaborate within our group and within all of Client to develop and informative product roadmap, management process and clear communications. All About You Strong product management experience with excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, people management and relationship building skills. Strong technical competency in technology, user experiences, web services, architecture, APIs and payment networks; able to understand complex technical concepts, business needs, competitive offering and industry trends and apply them to real-world problems to deliver products and solutions. Proven record of writing concise and accurate documentation with thorough attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication, comfortable presenting, influencing and negotiating at senior management level, able to shift gears for audiences from different business disciplines of varying technical ability. Strong work ethic and highly organized, holding self and others to high standards, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, fostering a positive team culture in line with Mastercard values of trust, partnership, agility and initiative. Agile mindset to product management, project management and software development with experience in agile methodologies. Experience using Application Lifecycle Management tools (Rally, Jira, etc) to manage and track product development initiatives. Experience in team collaboration tools such as Confluence & Flowdock is preferred. Knowledge and experience in mobile, software architecture, EMV, contactless, magnetic stripe, PCI-DSS, Global Platform, transaction authorization and clearing processing is considered a plus.
