The Account Manager, Client Data Strategies plays a lead role in providing strategic direction to support our clients direct marketing campaigns. As Account Manager, you will work closely with a Business Intelligence Analyst and collaborate with agency stakeholders to understand marketing campaign requirements and develop data specifications and business rules that align with campaign goals and objectives. In this position, you will provide meaningful, actionable, data-based insights, present data findings and analytics, and make recommendations to our clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, technical and project management skills. This position requires knowledge of Direct Mail best practices, and experience with file segmentation and direct mail production. You will: Be the primary client liaison responsible for executing data-driven direct marketing campaigns. Prepare and submit data processing instructions, providing quality assurance and verifying accuracy of data. Manage day-to-day client relationships, project planning, status, timelines and schedules. Develop presentations of data findings, analysis, business reviews, and lead and participate in client presentations. Lead ongoing effort to define, develop and enhance reporting and data capabilities within the organization. Work cross-functionally with business partners to aggregate and analyze data and develop key metrics to support initiatives across the organization. Create report metrics and dashboards, provide campaign analysis and recommend strategic ideas to improve program performance. Youll have: A Bachelors degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. MBA (a plus). 5 years of marketing experience as a Data Project Manager, Analyst or similar role. Strong presentation skills with demonstrated analytical ability to use data to derive insights and make recommendations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel including the ability to create and formulate spreadsheets. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy of work. Basic experience using SQL and knowledge of ETL data processes, a plus. A strong sense of urgency and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment.
