If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Global Quality & Risk Management to join our Global Risk Management organization.Responsibilities: Build and maintain project plan, including approach, scope, tasks, duration, work effort, dependencies, budget, planning assumptions, risk profile, resource allocation, and deliverable definitions Manage information technology and business projects and facilitate core and extended project track meetings Make project-level decisions and manage team leads and day-to-day team activities Identify and manage project risk factors, as well as anticipate and resolve project issues and provide project status to project team and stakeholders Utilize and help ensure project adherence to KPMG standard project management processes and tools to manage project teams across the entire project life cycle Act as an advocate of the project management principles and standardsQualifications: A minimum eight years of experience in project management, planning and executing projects and programs; preferably from a professional services firm Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, judgment skills, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with project team members, project sponsors, functional leads, and senior management Knowledge of other initiatives within the portfolio to leverage knowledge and networking Familiarity with project management toolsKPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
