Page is seeking a Manager, Content Development to create content related to its thought leadership work, member events, and general topics of importance to senior communications executives. This is a full-time position based in New York City reporting to the Vice President, Communications & Thought Leadership. BackgroundPage (formally known as the Arthur W. Page Society) is the premier global membership association for senior corporate communications leaders. Members include chief communications officers (CCOs) at leading enterprises, non-profits, NGOs and government bodies; CEOs of public relations agencies and consultancies; and educators at top universities. Our purpose is to unite the worlds best communications to transform business for the better.The Page mission is to strengthen the enterprise leadership role of the chief communications officer (CCO) by embracing the highest professional standards, advancing the way that communications is understood, practiced and taught, and providing a collegial and dynamic learning environment. They also contribute leading edge thinking to research reports that are used to define the future of the CCO.Page produces content that captures and conveys those insights and perspectives, especially to provide new learnings, best practices, case studies and emerging research. As our membership grows, the number of events we hold increases, and our thought leadership efforts accelerate, we intend to produce quality content on a timelier and more regular basis. Position DescriptionTo further these goals, Page is seeking an individual who can work with other Page teams - including those focused on member engagement and professional development - to develop content. Their background and capabilities should include the following:? Writing skills, particularly journalistic writing? Graphic design to produce infographics, reports, social tiles and other collateral? Video editing to produce excerpts from events, video case studies, etc.? Some programming knowledge to build and manage online content and resources? Project management? Corporate communications background? Data analytics and insights Qualifications Required: ? 3-5 years experience in the communications field required ? Graphic design capabilities (Adobe Suite) requiredPreferred: ? Bachelors degree in communications or a related field; masters degree desirable? Demonstrable track record of producing high-quality content? Video editing (video graphics and animations a plus)? HTML programming a plus? Experience with content management systems a plus? Experience with data analytics a plus? Availability to travel 3-5 times a year Responsibilities? Develop content creation plans that include editorial calendars, deliverables and timelines that meet agreed-upon KPIs? Produce content including but not limited to videos, infographics, blog posts, articles, tool kits, resource guides, tip sheets, frameworks, etc.? Attend Page and Page Up events to capture notes and develop content related to event sessions and speakers? Develop and manage Page creative assets including event footage and graphics, as well as setting up cataloguing system for future reference of these assets? Manage and increase member participation in the Page blog, Page Turner? Organize and produce case studies related to Page thought leadership, both written and video? Design communications collateral including social tiles, email templates and program materials? Manage the Knowledge Base section of the Page website (set to launch in July 2019), which serves as the central repository for Page content? Coordinate with the Communications team on the creation and dissemination of social content? Coordinate and collaborate with the Member Engagement team on producing content from events? Mine community discussions for insights, cases and information? Manage the production of member newsletters, including summaries of important articles Behaviors? Delivers on commitments on time?
