  • Corporate Accounting Processes
  • Manage all processes on Concur expense reimbursements, AP, interface between concur and accounting system(s)
  • GAAP accounting and general ledger processing
  • Close monthly accounting books and prepare financials for review
  • Ad hoc expense analysis
  • US and International tax support and interaction with external tax accountants
  • Budget and Forecast preparation.
  • Banking Prepare wire and ACH transactions for approval and payment.
  • Corporate Accounting Systems
  • Manage system vendors
  • Setup and maintain systems and interfaces between systems
  • Lead implementation of new financial accounting and reporting system
  • Human Resource
  • Assist in the management of HR vendor
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees and employee terminations
  • Assist in the management of benefit program health, dental, vision, 401k, deferred comp, etc.
  • Employee Handbook Annual and periodic updates based on changes in state employment law.


  • 3+ years in accounting in a CPA firm {global client experience preferred}
  • Experience with financial service organizations is preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Solid accounting knowledge from a corporate and fund perspective {preferred}
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees effectively, be discrete and safeguard confidential information at all times
  • Ability to work in an intense environment under tight deadlines and still contribute thoughtfully and high-quality work product
  • Heightened attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and excel at day-to-day responsibilities and contribute to driving process improvement, standardization, and automation
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to identify problems and bring them to director with recommended solutions
  • Power Microsoft Excel User
  • Proficient at Microsoft suite Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
