WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?Perfect Search Media currently has a top tier client in the education space who is looking to fill a Digital Advertising Strategist role in New York.
The Digital Advertising Strategist will bring a deep understanding of digital advertising and have the ability to identify, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of current advertising and marketing efforts as well as present new opportunities. This person is highly analytical and able to work with trends and data. They will be working full-time within the marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing.WHAT YOU'LL DOManage and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.Take complete ownership of the performance of all PPC by implementing, monitoring, and optimizing strategies and campaign effectiveness on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with a focus on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Bing.Utilize the following platform features and their reporting tools and capabilities to provide recommendations for business, marketing and advertising planning and strategies:Google AdsGoogle AnalyticsFacebook Business Manager PlatformMicrosoft AdvertisingTwitter AdsCRM ReportingKeep up-to-date with industry figures and trends of competitors as well as existing audienceSeek out, negotiate, and present management with new digital advertising opportunities that best target predefined audiences, on a regular basis.Coordinate end-to-end efforts pertaining to existing marketing and advertising strategyCreate and analyze retroactive reporting of marketing and advertising efforts identifying their ROI and effectiveness enrolling students. This is to be done on a regular and scheduled basis.Assist with general marketing tasks, as required.Complete any ad hoc tasks as requested by senior management.WHAT YOU NEEDBroad knowledge of the industry and professional experience.Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds including students and parents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent skills in database management and record keeping.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong customer service skills with the ability to meet and serve the public, both in person and by telephone, tactfully and effectively.Understand written procedures, write routine documents, and speak clearly; understand multi-step written and oral instructions.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to analyze and present complex data.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ethical / Honest - evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.Service and Action oriented does what it takes to meet the expectations of customers.Collaborative enlists information from all sources to ensure the best solution to an issue.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum two (2) years in Marketing or similar role.Strong knowledge of the following tools required: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads & CRMs is a plus.Strong knowledge of Excel and Pivot tables.Impeccable attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Outstanding project management skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
