Job Description Our Client, a Home Health Agency in Brooklyn is looking to hire a Director of Human Resources PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop of a deep understanding of both the larger goals of the company, as well as the goals and performance targets for each department and for our 60 employees Be a champion of our mission and an ambassador to our values - Helping us to connect our employees to our larger purpose of changing the world with the work that we do Build strong relationships with our leadership team to clearly understand their goals, needs and unique challenges related to employees within their department, and develop strategies that are focused on developing the team as both individuals and leaders Build relationships and create rapport quickly with every employee in the organization, and get a clear understanding of both their personal and professional goals and the best way to support their growth Coach members of our team individually with an approach that honors the whole person, while also holding the larger agenda of improving their performance and reaching the larger goals of our business Create, organize and facilitate group trainings and coaching experiences on topics including but not limited to: leadership, managing others, personal and professional growth Manage employee relations issues through coaching, promoting effective communication and framing them as opportunities to learn and grow Oversee and manage outsourced Payroll and Compliance providers Partner with other leaders and managers for succession planning and talent development PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience PHR or SPHR highly preferred Experience coaching and/or counseling within an organization, CPCC or other coaching certification highly preferred Ability to replicate the same excitement the CEO created in the early days through his clear vision, mission and values within a rapidly scaling organization Ability to thrive and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with small to mid-sized, high growth companies Highly developed ability to listen powerfully and deeply Company Description Recruiting Company Associated topics: benefit specialist, employee, enrollment, human resource, hunter, interview, labor, recruiter, talent accquisition, train
