Cadreon- Director, Organizational Effectiveness The Director, Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for the organizational and operational success of Cadreon. The ideal candidate loves to dig in to the weeds, but is able to transform multiple data points to a bigger picture strategy to solve problems big and small. They must be comfortable working in a matrixed organization, engaging stakeholders across multiple disciplines to deliver tangible results. They are comfortable working alone and in groups and can weave seamlessly between the two. They can think analytically and creatively to identify opportunities and produce solutions. This role will report to the SVP, Programmatic Strategy. General Responsibilities Deliver functional organization, structure and consistency across all region Architect end-to-end programmatic solutions encompassing both media activation and data and analytics services, in partnership with account and product lead Identify opportunities for efficiencies in team processes; build and implement solutions. Process areas include but are not limited to: vendor engagement, internal and external awards programs, set-up, activation, optimization; data normalization (ie naming conventions); streamlining processes/communications with legal/finance; new client onboarding Responsible for implementation and tracking of campaign and performance standards Responsible for creating SLA templates and identifying best practices for engagement with clients Create rules of engagement with internal sister agencies and act as point of escalation when required Identify new business opportunities from operational or marketplace voids and liaise with Business Practices tea Work with L&D teams to standardize programmatic strategy training, best practices and plan/host internal and external training sessions Build compliance mechanism for all required process/trainings and be responsible for reporting to appropriate leads (ie new hire onboarding, required IPG trainings, Unity requirements Collaborate with cross-functional Cadreon teams to ensure that product development is aligned with market requirements and client needs Maintain knowledge of account successes, and work with CAD account leads to build process and content for best practices and case studies Required Experience 7 years experience in digital marketing programmatic/performance agency background is preferred. Other areas of transferrable skills may include: consulting, sales operations, ad tech platform/publisher, project management. Ideal candidate will have a myriad of experience from various roles within the industry.
