Our client a leading professional services firm have an immediate requirement for a Franchise Product Sales Director. This is a role within our client's New Business Ventures practice, which identifies, develops, and commercialises technology-enabled solutions that deliver value, knowledge, and experience to clients. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other intellectual property based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. As a Director, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

- Arrange appropriate assignments and experiences to support others learning and development.
- Seek out different ways to use current and relevant technological advances.
- Analyse marketplace trends - economical, social, cultural, technological - to identify opportunities and create value propositions.
- Deploy methods to keep up with, and stay ahead of new developments and ideas.
- Offer a global perspective in stakeholder discussions and when shaping solutions/recommendations.
- Drive and take ownership for developing internal and external networks that help deliver what is best for stakeholders.
- Proactively manage stakeholders to create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
The Venture General Manager is responsible for providing domain specialization and strategic vision to identify, develop and commercialize our client's SaaS Product. The Venture General Manager will manage all aspects of the venture team within PwC, including the build out of a successful team and working with internal stakeholders to deliver a steady stream of referenceable and revenue producing customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas: Constructing an overall business strategy, including identifying business priorities and associated technical and business challenges; Driving the business plan to prototype and go-to-market; Overseeing team build out and resource allocation as well as early customer identification and engagement; Determining how to sell, service and support the new solution; and, Managing the business unit P&L. Demonstrates thought leader level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in developing a comprehensive and aligned strategic business plan that supports venture objectives, emphasizing the following areas: Understanding of and passion for the Franchise / franchisee industry; Relationships in the franchise space and recognition as a thought leader or influencer in the industry; Experience collaborating on sales & marketing strategies, using franchise industry knowledge, to maximize revenue potential; Experience building plans to deliver against the sales & marketing strategies to predictably meet and exceed targets; Experience building and managing a multi-functional team; Collaborating with many organizations to achieve common goals; Managing multiple complex projects; Experience negotiating agreements to obtain access to variable cost engineering and infrastructure resources to support the team's product development; Experience managing and overseeing a multi-functional team's strategy and execution activities, including coordination of internal and external development resources and schedules; and, Engineering, business, operational and management skills; previous SaaS start-up experience, including raising venture capital.
