This position supports the Banks unwavering commitment to maintaining professional client-centric relationships with existing as well as prospective customers. The position serves as the primary source of contact for borrowers, lenders, investors and trading partners. Key to Group Services Markets Operations, the role involves working closely with the Front Office teams, Finance, and other support functions both locally and globally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Complete quality checks of loan packets, document deficiencies and resolve exceptions with
Loan/Relationship Officers.
? Perform loan setups and loan modifications (including pricing grids) for new as well as seasoned loans in the loans platform Loan IQ (LIQ).
? Track, complete invoicing and monitor the credit life cycle of loans escalating any past dues and overdrafts for proper risk management.
? Ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements.
? Interact with Loan Officers and Relationship Managers to ensure quality and timely service.
? Create transparency through reports & internal controls and assist in audits and regulatory reviews.
? Coordinate funding requirements with GM-Treasury.
? Review incoming notices and requests for funding from Agent Banks and process in LIQ accordingly.
? Maintain orderly records and proper audit trails.
? Reconcile settlement accounts (Nostro, DDA and / or Suspense Accounts).
? Execute and cross-train as appropriate, including maintaining a professional demeanor, work with other groups to drive solutions.
? Participate in new product and process reviews, plan and execute test requirements for system enhancements and service pack releases.
? Ensure all appropriate legal and regulatory requirements are met and foster a Compliance and due process culture for Group Services-Markets Operations.
? Miscellaneous responsibilities as required.

Experience /Qualifications/Education:
? Education
? Bachelors Degree in a related discipline (Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, MIS)
? Three plus years of directly related experience
? Technical Expertise
? IBS, Phoenix, LIQ, Summit, Oracle OBI, MS Office Suite, Easy Match, IMS, jGPS. Swift Payment Message Types
? Client/ Business Orientation
? Strong service orientation to Relationship Managers, Treasury staff, Lenders, Borrowers, other departments within the bank
? Creating and delivering solutions
? Propose and implement ideas to enhance process efficiency and create synergies


Skills
? Ability to read and interpret credit agreements
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work independently
? Professional knowledge
? Thorough knowledge of operations in Syndication Loans and Corporate Loans.
? Solid understanding of the workings of the US commercial lending market
? Basic understanding of accounting principles
