WorkFello LLC (Part of WorkFello Group Ltd UK) provides end-to-end complex resourcing and talent acquisition support services to companies around the world. We are a global talent solutions startup backed with over 10 years of offering Outsourced RPO solutions to the global market. We have our offshore delivery center with a team of 55 back-office Resourcers and Recruiters based in Pakistan and our services predominantly covering the US, UK, Middle East, APAC and European market.

This opportunity allows you to earn well on the basis of the new business generated by you. Since all our operations are managed offshore from outside the US, you will play an integral role for the company to act as a frontman for WorkFello. The company offers lucrative share options for each service WorkFello offers in the market. Share options are highlighted below:

1. Offshore/Outsourced RPO services for Recruitment & Staffing Firms

(This is a monthly ongoing service structure)

Offer: 20% of share against the value of the business you generate.

2. Offshore/Outsourced RPO services for Direct Employers

(This is a monthly ongoing service structure)

Offer: 30% of share against the value of the business you generate.

3. Full Cycle Recruitment/Placement Services

Offer: 50% of share against each successful placement WorkFello achieves.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with entrepreneurial flair to take the business to its next stage. The primary objective of the Partner role will be to maximize the volume of new business secured for WorkFello across the USA and create a growth-oriented roadmap for the company. The Partner will proactively identify new opportunities within a new client portfolio that have a requirement for RPO and Talent solutions.

You will be an experienced networker at a senior level. As an ambassador for the wider WorkFello Group, as well as an advocate for the WorkFello business, you will be required to refer and promote the range of services and individual specialist brands/businesses we offer.

To be successful, you will have gained substantial senior management experience within HR/Talent/Recruitment industry or B2B Service industry. With a broad background, the successful prospect will need to be a true generalist with a thorough understanding of operational elements of the business combined with business profitability improvements and successful growth.

A creative thinker with the vision, determination and ability to translate the broad needs of the business into a compelling and deliverable strategy. Naturally curious, a problem solver with a can-do mindset and hands-on approach. You must be comfortable and up to date with recruitment trends and be able to contribute and lead recruitment discussions - whilst understanding how these shape new growth opportunities.

You will have proven and tangible evidence of winning business and developing and nurturing client relationships at decision markers level and will ideally have comprehensive knowledge of the Recruitment/RPO landscape.

As the role relates to identifying opportunities for the RPO and Recruitment services, you must be able to demonstrate solid experience of planning, strategizing and opportunity qualification to ensure that WorkFello targets are met.

- High-level client networking.

- Market mapping and opportunity targeting

- Relationship management of named client prospects as well as generating greater client networks.

- Prioritize and focus the work effort to maximize the market opportunity and revenue potential of new opportunities.

- Possess and be able to clearly articulate and credibly sell WorkFello solutions.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a position that offers lucrative share options under a partnership setting. No fixed salary is offered for this position.
