This role will support Digiday Media's membership products by dealing with day-to-day subscriber questions and requests via email, phone and other digital platforms, in addition to handling various other operational aspects of Digidays membership products as required. This will include responsibility for daily email newsletters and communications with current and prospective members across Digiday, Glossy and Modern Retail. Responsibilities include:-Dealing with inbound questions and requests from existing members and potential customers.-Helping individual and group customers with new purchases, billing issues, password problems etc.-Producing daily email communications with current and prospective members-Communicating with members about new features and productsStrategizing and executing new ways to convert/retain subscribers on a one to one level-Writing website and email copy-Assisting with social media marketing The ideal candidate has 1-2 years experience with proficiency in some or all of the following:-Customer relationship management and email software-Excel-Basic HTML-Photoshop/Canva Previous experience in media, marketing or e-commerce is preferred, but an eagerness to learn new systems and software, work quickly and grow in media is most important.
