We help our businesses,the bank's executive team, and our board of directors understand cybersecurityrisk and the steps that must be taken to create and maintain a secureenvironment that drives innovation.Establishes, drives, and cultivates the relationship with the business for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. Gathers requirements, coordinates test plans, test case development, and appropriate validation and signoff of acceptance is achieved for successive ownership of functionality by the business. Ensures Business Owners proactively participate and fulfill appropriate information security activities.This role establishes strong relationships and requires close coordination with the IAM Global Program Director, Communications Team, Project Management Office (PMU), Program Manager, Change Management, IT Tech Team, Integration Team, 3 rd Party providers as appropriate, and Stakeholders. Critical conduit to ensure that the agreements of actions made between the IAM Program Director and Business are fulfilled, and business continuously maintains ownership on a day-to-day basis. Defines and communicates requirements, documents, wireframes, test plans, test case, test signoff with business teams. Builds a strong relationship with the business contacts and IAM technology leads. Provides technical leadership in a specific business domain within a line of business. Serves in a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs. Provides expertise for a specific domain within a line of business. Directs and assists team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements, translate into functional design and use case models. Manages the project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program. Provides guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation. Leads implementation/conversion strategy planning and implementation. Manages scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability. Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas. Participates in industry forums and keeps current on domain knowledge for their specific business and application areas of expertise. Applies experiences with existing software and/or systems development processes to define and collect metrics and develop better processes to be used in the future. Actively influences software and/or systems development process improvement initiatives. Contributes to the achievement of related area objectivesQualifications Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred 10-12 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.Additional Skills: Business Operations background preferred. Corporate Financial Services Executive Acumen. Ability to build strong relationships with Customers (internal). Strong ability to cultivate cross functional relationships. Easily engage with all levels of the business. Great negotiation skills. Ability to engage, manage, and ensure business commitment and delivery of Information Security needs. Ability to train as appropriate, can interact well with business as well as Technology personnel.
