POSITION SUMMARY


Supports all recruitment activities in the Branch and community by participating in job fairs, health fairs and mall displays.
Implements process of hiring and retaining of Caregivers.
Assists in the coordination of the Caregiver Orientation In-service Plan.
Ensures continuous compliance with all applicable Federal and State Regulations and agency policies. Oversees periodic continuing internal audits of personnel files.


Requisites


The candidate for this position will have a high school diploma preferably bachelors degree, and three years related experience in health care delivery or business.
Prior recruitment experience in a customer service setting. Strong human relations, communications, and problem-skills are requisite.
Santrax experience helpful.
Strong leadership, human relations, communications, and problem-solving skills are requisite.
The ability to work under time pressures and manage multiple activities at one time are essential.
Familiarity with community resources and organizations is helpful.


Bilingual Spanish preferred
