We are supporting a client who is a leading provider in global Human Capitol solutions. They have a purpose built SaaS-based system that helps manage the complexities relating to global HR, Employment and Payroll and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help them roll out their vision, and be part of their growth. This position has arisen due to investment in the business and the need to grow its US operation with their trusted recipe for success, and take the company to the next level. The Regional Sales Manager will be charged with the task of networking with companies, groups and industrys to find prospective clients that need their solutions. You will consult with prospective clients to understand their global expansion needs and provide them with the most suitable solution for their needs. The end goal is to have clients on board, benefiting from the solutions they offer, and making the clients life as simple as possible in the potential minefield of Human Capitol requirements (Global or otherwise). There is a fantastic opportunity here to be part of a growing company and offer services/solutions that may partners are very motivated for help with (Compliance challenges, HR strategies, international expansion) Why this opportunity? What you will be doing Promoting and selling the Global Workforce Solutions services Networking to find partners in need of the solutions you have Creatively growing your network and touchpoints Hunting for new opportunities and also working with existing partners to develop new opportunities Monitoring activities and planning for success Meeting your clients Working with sales to help convert the leads they provide and finding your own.
