ABOUT THE ROLEInterparfums Luxury Brands is seeking a Sales Promotion Manager to support the administrative and analytical needs of the sales field team.Tracks and analyzes freelance budgets and spend, works with and manage all tasks related to CoWorx.Manage all field and collateral allocations, retailer events, team incentives, and ad hoc reporting. Helps support the overall company strategy.The Sales Promotion Manager reports to the Senior Director of Sales Planning and will be based out of our office in Manhattan. Our department works with the field teams to ensure they have all the tools and detailed information they need to drive the business at the store level.We work directly with the Key Account Managers and Marketing to gather clear and concise information as well as gather feedback from the field.We touch so many aspects of the business that its never a dull day in our department! RESPONSIBILITIESFreelanceAssist with the development of Freelance spend from analysis, tracking by Account Executive and breakdown of budget by doorWork directly with CoWorx (freelance staffing service) to maintain scheduling and reporting on freelance schedules by the Account Executives; troubleshoot as system problems arise and work with the team on system enhancements from strategy to testing and implementationManage any new collection/line launches with CoWorx, as well as field alignment changes and invoice, and Freelancer and door change updatesWork with Director of Sales Planning to maintain yearly budget on freelance and war chest spendingProvide detailed and top-side reporting to the sales field team and upper managementField SupportWork with Marketing team to accurately send out monthly updates and reminders and launch decksWeekly Retail Flash report and analysisWeekly bulletins gathered from various points of referenceManage field incentives with the Marketing team, from creating the goals to communication during the initiative and announcement of winnerManage store events, goals, and tracking ROI with the Key Account ManagersQuarterly collateral allocations to sales field and accountsCoordinationAttend Sales Operations meeting to monitor on time deliverables and alert team as neededConduct training calls with the field as necessary on new projects or task forcePartner with our sales field team to gather information needed by HQOrganizationHandle administrative tasksFollow-up with sales field in timely mannerJoin weekly field calls to stay current and anticipate needs based on field activitiesSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSYou have a bachelors degree in business or planningYou have 2-5 years of sales promotion/administration experience, preferably within the beauty industryExcellent communication, organization and budgeting skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projectsComputer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & WordWorking understanding of freelance and retail business COMPANY PERKSMedical, Dental and Vision insurance, Healthcare FSA + more401(K) retirement savings program + company matchPaid Time Off for vacationing + relaxing + restingFree snacks, coffee + teaCompany business trips for our National Sales MeetingSummer FridaysGifted fragrances + products To apply, please submit the following to Sarah:ResumeCover letter Equal Opportunity Employer
