Highly reputable asset management firm is in search of an associate to join its global team which manages the global cycle of employee compensation and strategic incentives for the organization. The core focus of the group is to execute the strategies to drive business performance. The Associate will gain broad exposure across the firm and collaborate with various business partner across all asset classes, while searching for strategic ways to enhance firm wide initiatives, processes and programs. The associate will be responsible for: Compensation, headcount reporting & analytics Performing complex analyses, special projects and initiatives to further enhance performance Compensation forecasts and variance analysis, evaluating variance drivers Assisting in enhancing reporting processes, analytics and operations Implementing program enhancements or updates Understanding the compensation landscape including competitor analysis, F/X movements and policy changes that impact pay structure Compensation data management and reconciliation Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience working with compensation metrics and analytics within a consulting environment or in house with a financial services firm conducting headcount analysis, compensation budgets/forecasts, or expereince with a third party compensation firm.
