The SVP Consumer E Commerce, B2C Ecommerce & Digital is a key leadership position that will develop and execute the strategic Ecommerce direction for the organization.
This position is responsible for overseeing the development and management of all e-Commerce and Digital marketing activities across the Consumer Brands (B2C) segment of the business, across multiple marketplaces; managing 3rd party vendors and agencies. The VPC drives marketing strategies and serves as the primary point of contact to brand and business teams for Ecommerce marketing planning, execution, and reporting. Additionally, this role will provide direction to the Sales organization to align and drive strategy and execution, as well evaluate Ecommerce programs against KPIs to significantly drive profitable sales and optimize spend. Additional responsibilities include: Provide leadership on the development of strategic Ecommerce/Digital plans and set up growth drivers with a clear path to successful execution. Responsible for full P&L management for Ecommerce/Digital. Execute and manage marketing campaign strategies and tactics from inception through launch, through post-run conversion reporting. Align budgets, spend cycles and reporting KPIs. Manage 3rd party relationships to optimize programs and drive results. Evaluate and drive new private label initiatives for growth opportunities. Repurpose plan for digital content across all marketplaces. Evaluate Brand profitability across various channels and drive campaigns around profitability Provide expertise on current Ecommerce industry best practices. Lead and develop full cross functional team supporting e-commerce and digital activation, and positioning company as a leader in the space Own end-to-end performance of Private Brand category profit and loss management. Maximize product category sales by driving strong marketing promotions, defining future assortment pipeline, and reacting to industry-related economic trends. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in a role where you were responsible for a P&L, funnel optimization, analytics, and marketing. Experience as a VP or GM of a P&L business unit, Senior Category Leader or other e-commerce business, direct response marketing, product owner. 4+ years of e-commerce experience managing a portfolio of products. Deep understanding of the intricacies associated with project managing growth initiatives across multiple teams. Experience as a P&L owner where youve been responsible for budgets, driving revenue and EBITDA growth. Experience in a product manager capacity to be the responsible owner of executing business plans. Understanding of marketing basics and how to optimize for price and conversion. Someone whos a great coach and team leader and has managed teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization. Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
