Responsibilities:

  • Manage the extensive testing of new products and services within the Business Organization as it relates to the ordering systems. Candidate is responsible for ensuring a quality customer experience by creating a detailed test plan based on a set of requirements for specific projects.
  • The test plan must then be executed with precision to validate requirements, identify and open any issues and follow through to confirm resolution.
  • Work with multiple teams to resolve issues and complete final validation.

  • Candidate must be self-motivated and have a great desire to achieve success on a high output team.
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Continuously demonstrated expertise in a working team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive task completion to meet customer requested due dates
  • Preferred bachelor's degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Google applications
  • Demonstrated experience in cross functional team relationships
  • Outstanding leadership skills with an ability to influence and build strong relationships across all organizational layers
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communications and presentation skills
  • Desirable - Hands on experience with the Business ordering, backend and support systems. Systems include but not limited to Optix/DSS Optix, Digital Platform, iVAPP, SSP and JIRA.
  • In addition, candidate needs to be detail oriented and have a working knowledge of the Google Suites.

Functional Accountability:

  • Provides technical and/or analytical support to solve a wide range of complex issues/problems.
  • Periodically makes recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area; works with limited supervision; typically reports to Supervisor (Band 6).

Individual Contributor Role:

  • Applies some advanced technical or analytical skills to the position or specialization. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data.
  • May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.

Decision Making Authority:

  • Receives supervision and occasional guidance on achieving objectives relative to a specific program task, project or initiative.
  • At times, may work independently with limited supervision.

Work Complexity:

  • Provides project or technical support in the development, analysis and maintenance of systems, software, processes, products or equipment.
  • Assignments may involve more difficult issues; therefore, uses experience, expertise and skills to solve problems that are more difficult but infrequent.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Requires a range of skills within a technical or professional discipline including familiarity with principles, theories, concepts and technologies to work on generally complex operational or technical activities and an applied knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience).
