Manage the extensive testing of new products and services within the Business Organization as it relates to the ordering systems. Candidate is responsible for ensuring a quality customer experience by creating a detailed test plan based on a set of requirements for specific projects.
The test plan must then be executed with precision to validate requirements, identify and open any issues and follow through to confirm resolution.
Work with multiple teams to resolve issues and complete final validation.
Candidate must be self-motivated and have a great desire to achieve success on a high output team.

Desirable - Hands on experience with the Business ordering, backend and support systems. Systems include but not limited to Optix/DSS Optix, Digital Platform, iVAPP, SSP and JIRA.
In addition, candidate needs to be detail oriented and have a working knowledge of the Google Suites.
