Job Description Travel Leaders Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Training & Development Manager. In this role, the Manager will lead the development, utilization and continuous improvement of internal application and system training processes and materials. The candidate will continuously iterate and monitor consistency of application and system use, as well as developing materials aimed at improving the application and system onboarding experience of all new employees. This position will manage the day-to-day relationship with the business, 3rd party application partners, and the IT MIS team. The candidate will design curricula, develop materials, facilitate training, manage Learning Management System (LMS) updates (e.g., course uploads, class enrollment), communicate course expectations, and conduct evaluations. The Manager will also partner with business and functional leaders to develop strategies to enhance performance, knowledge, and capabilities within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Management: Develop and implement training curriculum and business-specific adoption programs Coordinate with business process analysts and functional leads to understand business and system requirements Design e-Learning, instructor-led, and other digital training courses Create supplemental materials (job aids, quick reference guides, tips and tricks) to continue and reinforce key learnings Deliver NetSuite applications training to our user community via virtual and classroom training Ensure success of training delivery, interacting internally and with our various teams to confirm requirements and content is up to date, delivery logistics, knowledge transfer, and follow-up Develop and oversee training calendar, develop communication plan, and effectively communicate with all internal and external participants on all aspects of the programs Meeting and event planning for 2-3 onsite training sessions Drive Continuous Learning & Results: Evaluate effectiveness of training content and provide recommendations for addressing gaps or areas that need further focus Build curriculum within the LMS (Learning Management System) using Articulate 360 and/or Camtasia (or other digital authoring tools) Partner with leaders to promote, communicate and embed training programs Document and provide input to continually improve training processes, ensuring high quality and cost-effective training Analyze KPIs, data and behaviors to evaluate and measure training results as well as make recommendations for coaching opportunities and overall training effectiveness REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Development or another related field (or equivalent experience) 5 years experience in training facilitation and developing curriculum for adult learners 3 years demonstrated experience with solving complex business problems through learning and development solutions eLearning experience a plus (Articulate 360) NetSuite (ERP) experience a plus Mastery in all Microsoft Office products, Citrix Go To products and Zoom Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stellar presentation/facilitation skills Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing demands Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple teams with members at various levels with the organization Ability to adapt to change and able to manage multiple competing priorities Ability to work with minimal supervision Some travel will be required Company Description Travel Leaders Group is the highest ranking travel management company in Business Travel News' Business Travel Survey and among the top-ranked American travel sellers in Travel Weekly's annual Power List.
