Morgan.About the TeamThe North America Payables and Receivables Product Management team is responsible for product strategy, development and commercialization of both payment and collection services that J.P. Morgan delivers to Financial Institution, Non-Bank Financial Institution, Corporate and Commercial Bank clients globally. These services include paper and electronic low value payable and receivables solutions. Cash Management market is undergoing one of the exciting times - clients now demand faster and easier ways to make payments.About the PositionJ.P. Morgan is seeking talented candidates for the Product Executive of Faster Payments in our Wholesale Payments Product Management team. Our focused group of professionals is composed of high performers from top payments, fintech, banking, consulting firms, and other internal JPMorgan Chase groups.The Faster Payments Product Executive is responsible for working across our business to identify opportunities to drive the US Real Time Payments (RTP), Request for Payment (RFP) payment agenda that reflects our clients' changing needs. This leader will apply product management disciplines in order to design, build, manage and market RTP and RFP real time capabilities through our client delivery channels. Our aim is to leverage new payment methods to solve client pain points, improve experience and to rapidly take advantage of new opportunities. The individual will manage a team of professionals to own the faster payments roadmap and drive the creation of new products and services. This role is suited for an individual with a deep understanding of the product management discipline, a laser sharp focus on execution and a passion for solving client problems. The top candidate will occupy a high profile role with exposure across the firm, our clients and the payments industry.Responsibilities include Define and execute strategies which advance RTP and RFP solutions in the payments ecosystem Coordinate with senior leaders across lines of business to design innovative client focused products to enhance adoption Plan and own the strategic product roadmap through close collaboration with clients, sales, segment solution teams, channel partners and product owners Manage a high performing and motivated product management team Encourage innovation as well as partnership with cross functional partners in technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal Leverage product management disciplines Actively support client calling and marketing efforts Represent J.P. Morgan at payment conferences, speaking engagements and at industry associations 10 years in a Payments Product, Fintech, Strategy or Consulting role Experience in leading initiatives to solve business challenges such as those with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across financial services sectors Excellent track record of success in designing and executing strategies in large, high performance organizations Demonstrated experience managing high caliber product teams with a bias for action, an ability to achieve challenging goals and a drive to innovate An outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems along with the confidence to advance innovative and differentiated solutions A track record of demonstrating leadership and maturity that coaches winning teams that reward diverse ideas and seeks to share credit while developing future leaders Exceptionally strong presentation and communication skills Ability to handle multiple work streams and manage stakeholder expectations Graduate business degree preferred, but not required Work related domestic travel
