We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive our new user acquisition initiatives. This is a new and exciting role that will help guide our UA strategy. This hire will be the first member of our user acquisition marketing team. They will be critical in helping us create and execute campaigns, advertisements, and more to drive new users to the Studio app. Requirements Responsibilities Youll plan and execute new growth opportunities through both traditional UA channels like FB and AdWords and new, untested ones. Youll define and analyze key metrics that will define the success of both campaigns Youll use your strong quantitative skills to fully understand the wins and losses, identify key levers, and be able to separate the signals from the noise, in order to best present findings to the team. These findings will help guide product roadmaps, and marketing initiatives, and will be hugely important to both the business and our customers. Understand the competitive landscape Qualifications You have 2 years of experience running traditional user acquisition campaigns through Facebook, Google Ads, App Search, Networks, DSPs, and more You have a track record of experimentation - executing on ideas that operate in unexplored territory You are both analytical enough to speak to key acquisition-related metrics and how they tie in to larger goals, and creative enough to think outside the box in order to accomplish them. You have a strong understanding of marketing best practices You have experience in building out landing pages and conversion optimization You have strong project management and problem solving skills You enjoy fast-paced, startup environment.
