Cartwright James is partnered with a one of the largest companies in the clinical laboratory testing markets and clinical diagnostics in the US. The company has gone through a large organisational shift in the past 18 months and is gearing up to take on the biggest players in their market and go through vast amounts of growth throughout all their business units. They are looking for a VP/GM Urology which will be a new position within the organisation to sit on their leadership team, and effectively become the CEO of the Urology business unit. This position will have cross-functional responsibilities across Sales, Marketing, R&D and Operations in order to set the short, medium- and long-term vision of the Urology business unit. Key Responsibilities: Establish the vision & growth strategy for the Urology business over the next 1-10 years Develop & drive the direction within the Urology sales division Responsible for the operations & financial targets on the Urology business unit Must keep on top of the healthcare landscape as a whole and the competitive landscape to keep ahead of industry trends and spend accordingly so the technology we promote is the best in class Influence marketing to generate promotional strategies & tactics that aid in hitting revenue targets Partner with regional leadership, & external partners to develop strategies across the US to drive growth and profitability as well as accelerating market adoption anges making sure all ISO13485 and related regulatory requirements are consistently met.
