The scope of the Order Management function would include activities/processes through the entire end to end value chain of Contract to Order management for the Life Sciences industry, including customer services & contract management/G2N activities (preferred) The person would be responsible for building industry leading capabilities leveraging our deep domain expertise and Lean Digital capabilities to drive transformative solutions and operating models for clients and delivery commercial business value. The person would also be responsible for driving customer conversations in this area, driving structure to clients??? problems and delivering transformation solutions thereby driving revenue growth. The person would also be responsible for evangelizing our capabilities in this area both internally and externally with clients, advisors, analysts through participating in industry forums, publishing thought leadership articles. The role will focus on driving Order Management or B2B Customer Service process with a disruptive focus on transformation and value creation JOB DESCRIPTION This role involves leading sales/pre-sales and solution discussions, driving growth discussions with clients including C Suite, and generating revenue stream. Additional responsibilities include: ??? Build deep, differentiated capabilities across the end to end value chain in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech or CPG ??? developing insights, best practices, technology solutions, integrated analytics offerings etc. ??? Develop a go to market plan and execute on it to grow the service line aligned to forecasted revenue projections ??? Build a strong team while working with the ecosystem within the organization ??? Participate in client discussions and demonstrating Order Mgmt. knowledge and capabilities and credentials ??? Connect at C- level in the client organization ??? Connect and influence CFO/CIO/CSCO and Gross to net leaders etc. around emerging innovative solutions ??? Ability to discuss with Genpact Sales / Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunities ??? Provide insights on client???s business and financial performance and drive business strategies within operating teams to add value to the client EXPERIENCE Required ??? Must have strong domain experience in Order Management (OM), Customer service (CS) and Contract Mgmt./G2N (preferred if some knowledge exist in this area) for LS/Hi-Tech/CPG ??? Ability to create, develop and enhance capability and take to market for the OM/CS ??? Ability to run discussions with sales organization, and convert deals ??? Understanding of Target Operating Models and the key trends as applicable within this area ??? Experience of working with Customer Service, Sales Admin and Commercial /Contract mgmt. teams in LS, understanding challenges, objectives and working through issues ??? Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills ??? Ability to work in a matrixed environment ??? Must be willing to travel as needed Preferred ??? Prior experience in scaling up of a service line ??? Good understanding of Order Management products in the market ??? Experience / exposure to related areas like Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Quality and Compliance ??? Good knowledge of current Digital solutions such as ML, AI etc. ??? Exposure to data, analytics and insights within this area
