Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) is a strategic focus area at Deloitte LLP. This position is within Deloitte's US Corporate Technology Strategy, Partnerships and Commercialization group. This is a high impact role, working directly with Senior Partners and will provide exposure to a wide range of strategy projects, including firm level growth E&A strategy, business unit level E&A strategy, strategic planning, competitive strategy as well as business model analysis and operating model design. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead E&A strategy projects, interact with Senior Leaders and facilitate adoption of recommendations.
Lead development of actionable strategies to drive E&A growth in selected focus areas - industries, markets
Lead development of high quality executive presentations for senior firm leaders
Lead market and competitive analysis, generate insight and apply to E&A business problem under consideration
Lead analysis of technology trends, development of technology outlooks, synthesis of implications relevant to E&A area under study
Develop creative E&A business and operating models based on team's research and analysis
Drive design of quantitative model structure, review and challenge team's quantitative models for market sizing, business cases, scenario analysis
Manage quality and economics of parallel running E&A strategy projects
Oversee project activities such as primary and secondary research, interviewing subject matter experts, and synthesis of findings
Drive development and review strategy storyboards and messaging to different stakeholder groups
Work with key stakeholder groups to gain buy-in on analysis conclusions and recommendations
Manage client relationships, engagement risks, and project planning and budgeting
Foster collaborative project working environments, guide career development for staff
Experience in leading a range of corporate/business unit strategy projects either in management consulting, or corporate/business unit strategy function, including identifying and analyzing technology trends, synthesizing technology outlooks, business and operating model design, quantitative models to support market analysis and business cases
Experience with storyboarding and tuning messaging for different stakeholder groups
Track record of written communication and presentations to executives
Track record guiding teams through creative thinking to produce breakthrough strategies
Demonstrated record of leadership through fostering collaborative team environments and shaping staff members careers
Education (degree): Undergraduate degree in engineering or sciences with analytical and quantitative focus preferred; M.E or MBA from a top tier university preferred
Years of Experience: At least 10 years' experience from a top tier consulting firm in strategy, or, managerial experience within corporate/business unit strategy function with direct interaction with senior executives
