We are Microsoft Partners looking for experienced Windows 10/Office 365 support professionals to join our team.

We are seeking IT professionals with 4+ years of IT work experience:
  • End-User Support (onsite and remote).
  • Software and Hardware Support, (PCs/Laptops/Mobile Devices).
  • Windows 7/8/10.
  • Office 365 Implementation (Small Business and Enterprise).
  • Skype for Business /Teams.
  • Networking / WIFI.
  • Network Peripherals - Scanners, Printers, NAS.

Minimum Requirements(You must be):
  • A self-starter - working well independently.
  • A team player.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • A US citizen or green card holder.
  • Possess MCP or MCSA and be willing to acquire Windows 10/ Office 365 Cert.
  • A+ and Network+ holders with qualified work experience will be considered.
  • Preference will be given to MCSA Office 365 holders.

Additional requirements:
  • A college degree is preferred, however, technical certificate and recent equivalent I.T. work experience will be considered.
We are seeking polished candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will work remotely from home and/or from an area branch office. Travel to local client offices is required.
