The Programme Management Office Analyst is responsible for supporting cohesive, content rich, fit for audience programme status reporting across the GBandM business, and that the established governance forums are supported effectively by the programme office. Specifically this means:
Supporting programme governance and reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with the Project Execution central PMO controls framework
Ensuring consistent reporting of Project Execution programmes to help ensure programmes/projects are being delivered as planned.
Supporting individual project managers and regional programme managers to ensure status reports are suitable for a broad and sometimes very senior audience.
Manage cross project dependencies associated with regional or global deployments.
Identify and manage key risks and issues associated with the programmes/projects.
Ensure projects meet internal quality standards.
Assist with the compilation of senior management reports as needed.
Build and maintain a searchable and shareable knowledge repository for the programme, with where appropriate, access controls around highly confidential or confidential information.
Support Programme SharePoint Administration.
Support the management of project finances and resourcing where applicable
