The software, hardware, and service platform enables the owners and managers of multifamily properties to offer smart homes as an amenity to their residents while simultaneously improving the efficiency of their operations. The software is live in over a dozen markets and counting. They're a small team making a lot happen, they are the leaders in this space taking on some big names, and are on track for a billion dollar outcome.
Your Mission As an MDU Regional Sales Manager, youll drive our company's growth by turning prospects into happy customers and expanding existing customers use of our platform. You are experienced engaging in business and technical conversations at multiple levels of mid-market and enterprise companies. Youll use your deep understanding of the buyer journey to lead consultative, value driven sales cycles in highly competitive situations. Prospecting into greenfield markets excites you and youre capable of independently sourcing and closing deals. You take pride in contributing to the evolution of our sales process, value proposition, and product.

Close and expand business with \"mid-market\" and \"enterprise\" MDU property management and real estate development across a defined territory
Develop prospecting strategies to generate opportunities with existing and prospective customers
Develop relationships with key stakeholders at existing and prospective customer accounts
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Lead and contribute to projects to refine our sales process
Multi-family experience is REQUIRED
A track record of top performance in quota carrying roles, preferably at a technology company
The ability to understand complex business and technology requirements
The ability to build pipeline in net new accounts, close new customers, and expand with existing ones simultaneously
Strong presentation skills for over-the-phone and in-person meetings
Can thrive in a dynamic startup environment where the product and value proposition evolve
