To learn more, please visit LinkedIn, our Newsroom and the Careers page of SUMMARYThe Senior Associate, Traffic Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of all internal creative projects on-brand, on-strategy, on budget and on time. As the only Traffic Manager for the internal creative services team, managers a portfolio of creative project schedules to ensure all are delivered within guidelines. Highly collaborative, with a can-do attitude experienced at working with internal creative team on the successful delivery of marketing communications across a number of form factors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Works with internal creative team to develop creative briefs, interfacing with internal clients to define the requirements Based on staff capacity, assign work, managing timelines, and tracking progress for the New York Life Marketing Creative Services Team* Ensures successful on-time, on creative brief delivery, working with Creative and Production Directors to define creative briefs, change orders, and organizes tasks in tracking tools providing daily updates* Partners with the Tier 1 creative agency and digital creative partners, where necessary* Collaborates with the Project Managers within Marketing Enablement to align on overall deadlines and requests* Updates project schedules according to team requests, tracks changes, and informs teams of impacts* Communicates regularly with internal marketing stakeholders about the current status of all projects in progress* Manages deadlines for all projects in the system* Evaluates and resolves future scheduling issues / overages* Runs and analyzes daily reports generated to assess the reality of schedules and future work* Makes changes to schedules according to the daily work schedule reviews* Reviews all new projects entered into the system by internal marketing stakeholders, identifying any scheduling conflicts.
