This position will be part Business Analyst/Technical Writer with PM responsibilities for managing the various enhancements and rollouts. This person must be self-motivated and results-oriented with strong communication, documentation and program/project management skills. A strong technical background is a plus. The Project Manager will report into the Corporate IT Architecture group.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

  • Gathering technical requirements, documenting them
  • Technical write-ups
  • Preparing technical presentations
  • Creating weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports and updates
  • Oversee and report project health checks
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams/vendors
  • Create roadmap

Experience/Skills Required
  • Experience documenting technical requirements
  • Project management experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project management or IT Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes
  • Executive reporting and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
