The CenterCap Group is looking to hire 1 2business consulting /investorrelations professionalsto work with the firms senior bankers in originating, evaluating and executing strategic consulting and capital raising assignments for our real estate operating company and investment management clients.
The successful candidate willAdvise clients on business strategy and capital formation plans, including market positioning, benchmarking, capital markets access and ongoinginvestorcommunicationsConduct client due diligence investigations in preparation for capital raisingand assist in preparation of material forinvestorsCreate memoranda, marketing presentations and briefings describing the key features of client companiesAssist clients withtheir overallinvestorcommunications plan, including annual meetings, periodic updates, webinars and thought leadership papersCreate bespokeinvestoroutreach/surveys to assist in capital formation and client positioningAssist clientsin implementingtheirinvestorcommunications plan, including annual meetings, periodic updates, webinars and thought leadership papersExpress ideas in an organized, persuasive and articulate mannerCommunicate effectively withinvestors on all relevant matters
Experiencedinvestorrelations professionals will be provided the opportunity to interface with clients directly. As such, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The successful candidate also will participate in franchise building activities such as conferences,creation of white papers and other marketing opportunities.
All team members are expected to perform all tasks with high standards and ethics. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues will be expected. Further, successful team members are self-motivated, consistently reliable, work well under deadline pressure, have excellent problem solving skills/analytical ability, are detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task. Experienced team members are expected to mentor others in the group and serve as a role model to those more junior.Job RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, business communications or related field.Preferred for candidate to have Series 7 or 79 and 63 licenses.Minimum three (3) years of relevantinvestorrelations or capital markets experience.Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointAppropriate regulatory licenses will be required.Authorized to work in the United States.
