I. Position SummaryThe Assistant Coordinator, Programs provides executive and administrative support to the Vice President, Programs. S/he/they additionally coordinate multiple departmental strategic and operational initiatives, including but not limited to: research; inter-departmental communications; scheduling; meeting planning; travel coordination; expense and budget controls; and additional departmental specific projects and tasks as needed / required. The Assistant Coordinator, Programs is a vital member of the programs team. S/he/they plays an essential role in the logistical and administrative unity of the team. In addition, s/he/they will have responsibility for the management and oversight of the teams data integrity, coordination of stakeholder relationships especially that of league leaders and members; s/he/they will also have oversight of their own programs as it supports the work of the Program Teams visibility within and outside of the organization. S/he/they will be an advocate and a support to the Associations, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives as well as be an active participant in the programs social media strategies, and all other departmental work plans and goals. II. Responsibilities:1. Create League dashboards.2. Manage voter engagement initiative in collaboration with Leagues.3. Track and market the Associations diversity and inclusion Programs and progress.4. Participate in preparing and developing recorded sessions/ podcasts on community engagement and impact for dissemination to Leagues.5. Manage scheduling and information sharing for member discussion roundtables.6. Prepare annual benchmarking reports for the Associations transformation initiative.7. Oversee integrity and safety of all program, diversity and inclusion data8. Support to ABOLISH (Child Sex Trafficking campaign) and its internal database.9. Implement social media and communications plan in line with the communications strategy on program and in cooperation with The Brand Marketing Department10. Track and market the Associations assorted diversity and inclusion progress.11. Oversee logistics of sharing the Associations DEI data with assorted League clients.12. Provide administrative and though partnership support to curriculum development in a learning management system.13. Coordinate support to League-wide issue strategies and logistics e.g. human trafficking, food insecurity, voter engagement, etc.14. Provide Help Desk support by phone, email and on the website, furnishing a response ASAP, ideally within 24 business hours.15. To perform other duties as workload necessitates. III. Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.2. Demonstrated consistency in meeting established deadlines.3. Open to new learning dynamics, with an innovative and exciting thought team.4. Must be organized / detailed oriented, but also adaptable / flexible on a variety of tasks.5. Prior experience with assorted new technology platforms, including webinar platforms and software such as Adobe Connect; Meeting Wizard; Doodle; Survey Monkey; a plus.6. Ability to occasionally work evenings / weekends.7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.8. Strong analytical, organization and communication skills a must.9. Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced diversified environment is vital.10. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
