? Serve as primary day-to-day liaison between Zenith and senior global clients. ? Drive development of annual Global Media Guidelines to direct local media planning efforts worldwide. Key aspects include definition of business opportunity, media audiences, media sufficiency, media landscape, budget forecasts, channel allocations, media innovation opportunities. ? Translate numbers into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and deliver objectives (e.g., sufficiency assessment). ? Identify, develop and implement media tools that positively impact the business. ? Evaluate local markets? media plans, ensuring adherence to the deployed annual Global Media Guidelines. ? Shape the Zenith product and the cadence of strategic fundamentals (e.g., Competitive, Market Trackers, etc.,) ? Lead creative integration, ensuring that global campaigns deliver the ambition of the global media strategies. Identify the global asset tool-kit. ? Provide leadership and direction to team working on account. ? Ensure team members capitalize on the robust training program in place at Zenith. ? Build strong relationships with key divisions within Publicis Media and Zenith (e.g., DTI, A&I, DPS) ? Continually assess and anticipate changing client needs; adapt resources and strategies accordingly. ? Act as strategic consultant beyond traditional media, to address clients evolving needs. ? Foster and guide a global center of excellence on which our clients and local markets can depend.
Requirements: ? Minimum 15 years of media experience with extensive media planning knowledge. ? Superior client service experience with a proven ability to navigate complex and evolving dynamics. ? Experience across all media types. ? Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills ? Excellent leadership ability to drive team to deliver results ? Bachelor?s degree
