Responsible for the sales and service to department store accounts with a focus on growing men's and ladies key item business in outerwear and apparel.

Work closely with design and production teams to develop and execute a cohesive seasonal assortment for each account.

Analyze weekly sales and collaborate with financial planner to develop promotional strategies ensuring productivity is maximized at retail.

Analyze seasonal best sellers and develop assortment plans to anniversary each program.

Partner with customer service teams to guarantee timely delivery of all orders.

Maximize profitability while mitigating liability by category

Provide store visit reports documenting observations and follow up action items

Monitor our competitive price positioning and provide timely feedback to president

Work with stores to enhance our brand image and visual presentation.


  • 3-5 Years of wholesale/account management experience
  • Experience with Kohl's
  • Strong Analytical skills a MUST
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Strong understanding of retail math
  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Proactive self-starter, strong ability to take initiative
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with a keen attention to detail
  • Must be well organized
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with A2000 a plus but not required
