Director of Digital Media & Site Marketing New York, NY Our client is looking for a Director of Digital Media to join our rapidly growing organization as a critical part of the marketing team. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated, determined marketer to create a massive impact on a young, evolutionary start-up. Responsibilities: As a marketing leader you will oversee top-of-funnel lead generation, you will create, manage and optimize their paid and owned media strategies including; paid search (SEM), paid social, programmatic, podcast and video advertising. This role will also own SEO and landing page strategy and optimization as well as the conversion funnel optimization. You will be instrumental in building and optimizing these critical customer acquisition channels. You?ll need to be a metrics driven problem solver capable of developing and leading new paid media campaigns, developing lead gen goals in collaboration with marketing, sales and product organizations. You will be joining a growing marketing organization of 13 people. This role will have a substantial media budget, and the ability to hire external agencies and/or additional resources to support your efforts. Their top-of-funnel lead generation practices will span U.S., APAC, EMEA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and UK markets. You will work out of their New York City U.S. headquarters with occasional travel to their APAC headquarters in Bengaluru, India. Requirements: 7-10 years? experience actively managing paid media strategy and execution for a high growth B2B SaaS or agency business. Experience driving ROI positive paid search and other digital media campaigns for a SaaS business or in an agency environment. Analytically minded with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data generated and solve complex problems. Excellent project planning, management and team leadership abilities. Experience in a very fast paced, startup environment with the ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate and take on other projects. Experience launching new accounts, including building, tracking, scaling and optimizing. Experience in attribution, tracking, multivariate, a/b testing and campaign reporting. Measurable success in running performance based paid search campaigns. Ability to self-motivate and work independently. Ability to work within a decentralized team. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Experience with Google360, Gmail for business, Google Hangouts, Google Drive, Slack and other online, collaborative communication tools.
