HR Assistant?


Hours & Lunch: 8:30-5:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch)??

Pay: 19-21/hr?


Reporting to: HR Buisness Partner- supporting west coast team??

Education

  • Industry Experience Required? How much role specific experience? Open to industry?
  • Education Experience- Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Software: What will be done with this program? entering client data, onboarding?


Responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains HR files in line with company policies and government regulations
  • Collects, inputs, and maintains employee data into the human resource information system, which includes applicant information, new hires, and on-going data for current employees such as supervisor and role changes.
  • Assist HR Coordinators with payroll queries
  • Draft Verification of Employment letters as requested
  • Complete supervisor, schedule, and salary change letters as needed
  • Assist with the set-up for training for local training activities
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintenance of HR files
  • Ad hoc requests, such as audits, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highly organized, detail and process oriented.
  • HRIS experience?
  • Technologically savvy with experience using multiple software systems.
  • 2+ years of HR administrative related experience with experience in high-volume data entry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
