Allegiant Home Care, a growing home care agency serving the greater New York City areas, is seeking an outreach liaison / marketer. Candidates with home care or health services outreach experience, ideally including private pay are encouraged to apply. We serve private pay clients, as well as commercial and government-reimbursed patients. We offer care management, home health aides, nursing, and other services. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities and outcomes:

  1. Understand Allegiant Home Care's services and business model in order to represent it to potential clients and referral sources
  2. Research each service line
  3. Get to know colleagues and their roles
  4. Understand the intake process and the fundamentals of care management and staffing
  5. Become conversant in funding options for home care clients including long-term care insurance, Medicare, veterans' benefits, and various entitlement programs
  6. Generate new client volume to support organization's growth goals
  7. Generate new client admission
  8. Add new referral sources
  9. Develop marketing strategies, messages and materials
  10. Report activities and plans at least weekly
  11. Create new outreach methods
  12. Discuss feedback received from
