As Business Development Specialist, you ll build your book of business through B2B healthcare referrals and B2C sales with the autonomy to transform the way people view home care.

What you ll do:

Build and manage a pipeline of partners and generate sales opportunities

Generate referrals from various homecare channels including: Rehab Facilities, Senior Living Facilities, and Physician Practices

Autonomously manage personal sales pipeline

Document the important activities in Salesforce

Provide timely communication with office and clients on updated changes

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and referral sources

Arrange lunch and learns and other events to provide education to networks on service offerings

Research and keep up to date on new providers and facilities in the geographic area

Win cases by following through on the full-sales cycle.

What you ll bring:

3-5 years of outside sales experience (healthcare or homecare experience not required)

A consider-it-done attitude with relentless forward progression

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup feel environment

Ability to be autonomous, take initiative and truly own your own success

Excellent conversation skills

Ability to be strategically social
