Associate Director, Marketing Campaign Management with experience driving delivery of omnichannel (direct mail, email, SMS, app, etc.) direct marketing campaigns and hands on proficiency with IBM Campaign/Unica and SQL sought by well-known media and membership organization in southern Westchester. This is a team management position reporting to the Director of Consumer Strategy and Intelligence. Requirements include: Direct all efforts for campaign requirements gathering through close collaboration with business partners Manage timely execution of marketing campaign selection operations Provide subject matter expertise for cross-channel, personalized campaign management. Mentor team on new strategies and methods. Drive the aggregation of direct mail and email marketing campaign results to recommend new segmentation tests Design/execute omni-channel (email, direct mail, website) campaign selection strategies around audience touch points across the entire customer journey. Design, build and execute campaign selection groups using IBM Campaign/Unica while ensuring statistical significance of marketing tests. Make recommendations on attribute selection and creation to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns to include use of real-time event patterns, triggers, & machine learning. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor?s degree in quantitative discipline (Business, Analytics, Statistics. Etc.) Minimum of 8 years? experience in cross-channel marketing campaign selection including planning, tracking, and reporting. Prior team management required Extensive experience with Campaign Management and Customer Segmentation Tools especially IBM Campaign/Unica SQL proficiency Strong experience with email marketing and other one-to-one marketing communication channels such as direct mail and SMS.
