Ongoing Communication with families, CPSE Chairs, County Personnel, and Parkside staff regarding all aspects of IEP Coordination and Implementation Access and Review IEP's, Track Notifications from School Districts, and determine placements Support Special Education Teachers and Clinicians in completing IEP Updates and Annual Review Reports Develop a Timeline for completion of Annual Reviews, distribute to Special Education Teachers and Clinicians, and Update and Redistribute Timeline, as changes occur Monitor completion of IEP Updates and Annual Reviews and notify Program Director of missed deadlines Collect and Compile Annual Review Reports and submit to School District CPSE Generate Request for Written Orders for OT and PT Services, and work with Intake Coordinator to ensure Scripts are completed with all required components Support Teams in differentiating instruction and developing modifications for preschoolers with a disability Maintain open, respectful communications with all staff, promoting a positive, collaborative environment Complete all required paperwork and documentation in an efficient and timely manner. Support the Goals and Mission of Arc of Onondaga. Ensures that communications and personal performance reflect the Agency's commitment to quality and compliance with policies and procedures Computer and office technology skills that are required to fulfill job responsibilities and assignments. Attends and participates in required Team Meetings and Staff Meetings. Participates in all required Trainings and Professional Development activities Maintains accurate documentation and records, as required by Arc of Onondaga and regulatory agencies. Provides other job-related support and services as required or assigned by management. Master's Degree in Special Education or Inclusive Early Childhood Education NY State Teacher Certificate: Students with Disabilities/Special Education, School or Licensed Psychologist, Licensed or Masters Level Social Worker, or Certified School Administrator 3-5 years of work experience in an Integrated Preschool program. 1-2 years of Supervisory / Leadership / Coaching Experience preferred Extensive Knowledge of Early Childhood development and Best Practice in Inclusive Early Education Competitive Salary Health Benefits including medical, dental and vision Paid time off (vacation, sick, personal and holiday) 401K with employer contribution HSA with employer contribution Life Insurance/AD&D Tuition Reimbursement* The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
