We are looking for a well-rounded IT technician to provide Level 1 - 3 (depending on your ability) phone, email, and ticket-based troubleshooting and support. Candidates should be accustomed to working with multiple concurrent clients (ideally in an MSP or IT Services organization). Candidates will be required to go to client locations (all local to NYC) to provide onsite support.
