The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients'' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients'' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute emails, letters, and other correspondence regarding problem resolutions, product and service features, company changes, welcome packets, and other materials for new and existing clients.
  • Provide regular input on all account activity to management, including status reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure client issues and queries are dealt with in and efficient and timely manner.
  • Encourage high sales and good customer service practices.
  • Proactively find opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.


Job Requirements:

  • Communication Skills Must have exemplary speaking, writing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Product/Service Knowledge Must consistently keep up with changes and other details about products and services offered by the company.
  • Time Management Skills Must respond to clients issues and queries in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service - Must be cognizant of the clients needs and the ability to apply methods for ensuring total client satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Team Collaboration Ability to work with executives, salespeople, and other customer service personnel to maintain healthy relationships with clients.
  • Presentation Skills Ability to discuss and describe products and services clearly and concisely.
  • Computer Skills Advanced user in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • 3-5 years'' customer service or sales experience in the diamond industry are pluses.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or similar field.
