The Senior Associate - Customer Relations Office provides general administrative support to the Customer Relations Department and Department Managers including:

- Generating their own correspondence, handling incoming telephone calls and responding to information requests.

- Handling the intake of customer complaints and regulatory inquiries and preparing for assignment, inputs complaints and inquiries into the Complaint Tracking System (CTS), prepares acknowledgement letters, and gathers account information for the complaint analysts.

- Preparing complaint cases to be forwarded to central files for scanning. May coordinate meetings and conferences with internal staff and external sources.

- Collecting information from files or other administrative support systems for routine inquiries and reports. May analyze data and prepare regularly scheduled reports of data.

- Other duties could include copying, scanning, filing, and general office maintenance, such as stamping and routing incoming mail, maintaining office supplies, operating office machines/placing maintenance calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred candidate will have:

- Problem solving and analytical skills, research and data gathering ability, ability to read and interpret documents and basic negotiation skills.

- Excellent organizational skills; team player and collaborator; strong time management proficiencies; ability to handle multiple, conflicting projects and deadlines

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must

- Excellent proofreading ability is a must.
