Responsibilities

  • Present financial planning concepts in a seminar format to our clients. Large and small audiences are common
  • In-depth technical knowledge of employee benefits, income taxes, estate planning, retirement planning, investments and insurance
  • Conduct an average of 12 or more seminar days (average four sessions a day) or as business needs dictate
  • Maintain appropriate securities licenses
  • Attend all Ayco training sessions
  • Extensive nationwide travel required

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree, preferably with major course work in finance, accounting, business, tax or other areas related to financial planning
  • Series 7 and 66 or equivalent required
  • Public speaking or training experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Committed to quality
  • Strong organizational skills with the desire for an independent work environment
  • Ability to inspire action through dynamic delivery
