Overview:

CapitalCollection Management, LLC is a leading debt collection company specializing inthe collection of consumer and commercial accounts receivable. We are not yournormal mundane collection company. We are a group of high energy, salesoriented individuals whose purpose is to help individuals and businesses torepay their debts owed to our clients.

Job Description:

Our Syracuse, NY office is expanding and weare looking for self-driven, autonomous and ambitious individuals with theability and willingness to learn Capital Collection Management's services andprocedures. As the VP, InstitutionalSales you will be responsible for initiating new business developmentincluding opportunity identification and qualification, capture planning, andproposal development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing,implementing, and managing a sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenuegrowth.

Responsibilities:
Prospect, generate leads, and follow up with companies interested in CCM's collection services
Develop a business plan for assigned sales territory and accounts
Manage and track sales opportunities through the sales process and document in CRM
Responsible for identifying and managing relationships with key decision makers and influencers
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Travelling 1-2 weeks per month to maintain and create relationships with client partners

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of travelling sales experience along with a track record of success
75% travel required (2-3 weeks a month)
Experience with collections / accounts receivable industry preferred
Experienced in MS Office and computer literacy
Organized and detail oriented
Strong relationship-building, networking, and persuasion skills
Thrive on energy, passion, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
