The Role:


Freelance Account Manager (30-40 hours per week with opportunity to become full-time).? The Account Manager manages multiple client relationships from beginning to end. They?re highly organized, highly personable, problem solvers and serve as the ?go-to? for clients. They are passionate about social media and are able to effectively foster and build client relationships while working in a highly positive and rewarding environment.


The Responsibilities:?


  • Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.
  • Proactively manage client needs
  • A persuasive and confident approach to managing client feedback
  • Know when to push back and when to give in
  • Ability to work across wide portfolio of brands
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms
  • Complete projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Partner with Project Manager to relay client goals to creative team and play the role of the ?internal client?
  • Provide articulate client feedback to designers and community managers
  • Review assets with CEO and deliver feedback to team
  • Hand over final deliverables to clients
  • Look for new revenue opportunities with existing clients
  • Actively aware of trending topics across the internet on a daily basis


The Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media and/or advertising agency
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • A keen attention to details
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
